- Don’t Diet-Instead of dieting you should intake a well balanced variety of food.
- No matter how much you want to lose weight try not to dip below 1800 calories a day.
- Get some sleep-It is important to get full eight hours sleep .Catch as many naps as you can and try to go to bed early.
- Consult a doctor and a dietitian-If you are struggling to lose weight take help of your doctor or a dietitian.
Foods that can cause miscarriage
Pineapple-Pineapple can lead to miscarriage during early stages of pregnancy.It contains bromelain which can cause uterine contractions. Pineapple should be avoided as much as possible as it is a miscarriage causing food.
Papaya-Papaya can cause miscarriage specially green papaya. This is because papaya contains enzymes which can cause uterine contractions.
Aloe vera-Pregnant women should not eat dishes containing aloe vera as aloe vera can lead to pelvic hemorrhage during pregnancy. So, it is better to avoid aloe vera during early stages of pregnancy.
Peach-Peach is a miscarriage causing fruit. Peach can cause itching and burning throat which can cause infection.
Wild apple-Wild apple is not good for pregnant women, it can cause to miscarriage. It can lead to uterine contractions which causes miscarriage.
